Meerkat Health was a hardware-software solution that eases the burden of chronic disease management, specifically that of congestive heart failure (CHF), for patients and providers alike.

It is a long-term, low-cost remote monitoring solution designed to reduce preventable hospital readmissions.

As a thin scale that can slip under a bathmat, Meerkat fits seemlessly into patients' homes. It quietly takes daily weight, only alerting patients when they need to take action. Simpler health, smarter health, longer health.

I co-lead the design research, prototyping, user experience, graphic design, and branding for the startup.
