CONTEXT
Health for America, now owned by the MedStar Health's Institute for Innovation, was an organization that promotes Healthcare, Design, and Entrepreneurship. The fellowship offering provides a comprehensive education in the healthcare system, human-centered design, entrepreneurship, lean startup, and leadership.
OBJECTIVES
Rebrand the company from a traditional, non-profit fellowship to tech-forward, entrepreneurial experience.
Design and build a curriculum to scale learning to clinicians and healthcare administrators.
OUTCOME
Redefined the company's mission, core values, brand position, and vision
Collaborated with a designer to create a new logo system, design system, and branding assets
Redesigned and launched new branding across the company website and social media platforms
Defined and structured learning experience across four pillars: Healthcare, Design, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership
Researched, developed, and compiled resources across the pillars to enable a self-serve, self-paced curriculum
Designed a modular learning system that can be used by students, entrepreneurs, and healthcare to become more entrepreneurial and empathtic problem solvers
